The CSC Group recognizes that continuing education and training play an important role in meeting the business needs of its customers. System Administrator and EDI Designer courses are offered at least once during each calendar year at CSC corporate headquarters in Brecksville, Ohio or by request at a customer site. Payment Processing and Denial Management training is only available at the customer's site.

PAPERS^® System Administrator

This training program is designed to reinforce and build the fundamentals needed by current and new system administrators. This structured course will build the participants confidence in handling the requirements of a PAPERS^® System

The EDI Designer course begins with a thorough understanding of the 835 Structure and EDI software concepts. Much of the class time is devoted to the participant building their own working form customized to their business needs. Each participant should bring an 835 HIPPA compliant 4010 file with them from which they will develop their customized form. Examples of topics covered include:

Course Fees

Training classes held at The CSC Group corporate headquarters:

PAPERS^®System Administrator training – 2 days @ $1,000.00 per attendee
PAPERS^®EDI Designer – 4 days @ $1,500.00 per attendee.

Lunch is also provided and included in the course fee.

Training classes conducted at a Customer site (for all courses):

$1,500 per day* + travel and accommodation expenses for the trainer(s)

*Typically 2-3 days (pre-determined by customer needs and number of trainees). All fees to be approved and authorized by the Customer prior to training.
